Hi! I’m Juan Guevara, and I’ll be moving to Rotterdam this October to start a PhD at Erasmus University. I’m originally from Colombia and currently finishing my master’s in the U.S. I’m excited to start this new chapter and looking for a comfortable place to call home.
I’m clean, organized, and easygoing. I enjoy cooking, reading, and exploring new cities — but I also value a quiet and respectful home environment. I don’t smoke, have no pets, and I’m always mindful of shared spaces.
I’m looking for a studio, one-bedroom apartment, or quiet shared flat in a safe, well-connected neighborhood. My budget is around €900–€1,000, and I can provide all necessary documents, including proof of admission and income.
