Hi there,
I’m Lucas Krause (20 years old) from Mallorca, Spain looking for a place to stay while I study International business in Rotterdam at the RUAS university (which is a 4 year degree course). I'm a reliable tenant seeking a stable home and can move in with minimal hassle.
I’m looking for a small flat, a studio or a room with a monthly rent of up to €800. As I'm moving to Rotterdam and start as a student I have no monthly income at this moment but my father will act as guarantor, his monthly gross income is around 8.400€ and therefore much more than 3x times of the required rent budget. We are willing to pay up to 4 months rent in advance to secure the place if necessary.
It would be nice to find something that’s available straight away and will remain available for at least 12 months. I have no pets, i'm a non-smoker and don't play any musical instruments.
All necessary documents are prepared and available upon request.
