My name is George Bondor, and I am a second-year IBEB student at Erasmus University Rotterdam. I am currently looking for housing in Rotterdam, either individually or in a shared arrangement, depending on the property.
If the property is suitable for multiple tenants, I would be able to apply together with friends or trusted people I already know, including people I have lived with before.
I am calm, tidy, and responsible. I do not smoke, I do not have pets, and I do not host parties in the property. I value a quiet and well-maintained living environment and would make sure that anyone I apply with shares the same standards.
Alongside my full-time studies, I work part-time and have a guarantor based in the EU with a stable monthly income. I can provide all required documents quickly, including proof of enrolment, identification, income details, guarantor information, and any additional paperwork requested, usually within approximately two working days.
