My name is Francesco, i am 21 years old and i'm from Sanremo, Italy. For the last three years I studied Economics at the University of Pavia and the 29th of August i will start my Master's degree in Financial Economics at Erasmus University.

I am a flexible, tidy and quiet student who's looking for room in order to start (and hope to finish!) my studies in a peaceful way.

I am looking for a room with the following features:

Price: 650-700
Place: Kralingen, Crooswijk, Prins Alexander, City centre or nearby
Other tenants: max 2 or 3
When: since mid-Augus 2022 t to the end of July 2023 would be perfect, but i'm flexible about it

I am also open to studios or apartments with max. price 800.
